NextRow Digital is a digital experience consultancy and Adobe Solution Partner. We help enterprise clients adopt and scale AI Solutions, Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Marketo, Workfront, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. We are entering a focused growth phase across our Adobe practice and US commercial team.

We are hiring a sharp, ambitious Talent and People Specialist who wants to grow into a senior talent role. You will own a real recruiting pipeline from day one, work shoulder to shoulder with our CEO and practice leads, and pick up people operations responsibility as you ramp.

This role is built for grooming. We will invest in your development, expose you to executive level hiring decisions, and expand your scope as you prove out. The ceiling here is high if you are hungry, organized, and good with people.

Recruiting

•       Run full cycle recruiting for US roles across sales, consulting, and technical functions

•       Source candidates on LinkedIn, through referrals, and across the Adobe partner ecosystem

•       Schedule and coordinate interview loops, prep candidates, and keep hiring managers on track

•       Build candidate pipelines for roles before they open, so we hire on our timeline, not on urgency

•       Maintain the ATS, write job posts, and report weekly on pipeline health

People Operations

•       Run onboarding for new US hires, including offer logistics, equipment, accounts, and first week experience

•       Coordinate background checks, I-9 verification, and basic compliance items

•       Support performance review and feedback cycles

•       Be the first point of contact for US employee questions, escalating when needed

•       Help shape culture moments: team offsites, new hire welcomes, recognition

•       3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, staffing, or a fast paced people facing role

•       Demonstrated drive and ownership; you have a track record of taking on more than your title

•       Strong written and verbal communication; you can represent NextRow to senior candidates

•       Organized and reliable; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch

•       Curious and coachable; you want to learn the craft of recruiting from people who have done it well

•       Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to build process where none exists

•       Able to work onsite in our Schaumburg, IL office five days a week

•       Experience recruiting in the Adobe, Salesforce ecosystem

•       Familiarity with an ATS 

•       Exposure to sales recruiting or technical recruiting
